Shipping policy

The below mentioned terms of the shipping and delivery are qualified by the Shipping Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

Deliveries across Dubai, Sharjah & AjmanDeliveries will take 1-3 working days depending on available inventory. In case of the delivery exceeding 3 days, the customer shall receive a full refund.

Gemies Gifts, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

Multiple shipments: Your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In case of Multiple Shipments, multiple postings may appear in the Cardholder’s monthly statement.

Collection of Delivery Information 

When you use our website, we collect and store your information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, smooth, and customized experience. This allows us to provide features and services that will meet your needs, and to customize our website to make your experience safer and efficient.

We collect Delivery identifiable information (email address, name, phone number, other payment instrument details, etc.). If you choose to buy on the website, we collect information about your buying behavior. If you transact with us, we collect some additional information, such as a billing address, other payment instrument details and tracking information.

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

If your Delivery identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete by emailing usat

Order Cancellation 

Gemies Gifts makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. Gemies Gifts will not cancel or change orders already in process, en-route or delivered. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered on the same day, you can reach us +971 526 036 437. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by Gemies Gifts prior to 2 working hours of the time of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team. Gemies Gifts will not cancel any order unless informed 24 hours prior to the delivery date.

Note: A refund will be processed by Gemies Gifts in the event Gemies Gifts determines that the cancellation of the order is due to Gemies Gifts’incapability of fulfilling the order.

Product Usage 

Our products are procured from different suppliers and were all tested before including them in our gift sets. For all beauty & skincare products, we strongly urge our customers to read the ingredients and instructions prior to using the products or test the product on a small part of their skin in case they may be allergic to the products’ ingredients.
